Hello and welcome fellow deskers on the last day of February,

We are all here thanks to our kind host Julia from The Stamping Ground.

My desk did see some more action then last week.
(apologies for the dark picture, forgot to turn on the lights)

I am currently working on this week's somethings,
I prepared a masterboard
which I will be cutting into 10x15cm pieces.

In the holder you see last week's somethings,
which I kept fairly simple:
torn bookpages from a dictionary I used way back for the alpha/dictionary challenge over at The Craft Barn and some stamped images.

Here's a collage of all 7 of them,
want to see all 56, just click on the 365somethings tab above.

I also did manage to sit down and have a go on the grungy gelli printing,
here are some samples of that session

with this one being my absolute favorite.

What have you been up to?
I'll find out now as I make my way to all your wonderful desks.
thx for stopping by and have a lovely day,
here it will be a very cold one.

  1. great projects... btw your link goes to a previous week's desk...! Helen #1

  2. Wrong link - as Helen said above I went to last weeks posting.
Great gelli printing - makes me want to do some but I must get on with my samples.
Love your holder for your collage samples. Can we see it in full please - ie what is the base?
    Hugs, Neet 5 xx

  3. I made it here eventually. Love the gelli printing; I must get my gelli plates out again! Have a good week. Sarah #15

  4. I've fixed the link. Meanwhile, I love the masterboard, great colours. You've been busy, the dictionary cards look great, a bit of outline over text is so good for the eye in my opinion!

  5. Morning Vicki. My word - you have been busy. Thanks for the definition of icads... now I see why they are all the same size - teehee! I like the masterboard - it's great. Enjoy using it all.
    Take care. God bless.

  15. WOW! Very busy desk! I really enjoy the bright colors and the gel plate prints. I need to make up another gel plate and do some prints! Think I will go smaller this time...I made a 12x16 inch one and it was just too big! Enjoy seeing the cards each week! Sorry I am so late getting around but it has been and interesting week here!
