WOYWW 374 - travel bag

It’s Wednesday, so time to show our desks (not familiar with the concept, go check it out at our chief desker Julia Dunnit)

What is on my desk?

Well, I’m preparing a travel bag to take with me on our trip to Tuscany, Italy.
The pink bag has 3 pockets in which I will put coloring pencils, oil pastels and markers

The blue one has some regular pencils, an eraser, a sharpener, a pair of scissors, a glue stick, some black fineliners in different thicknesses and a white posca pen.
This is the first time I will be bringing some art supplies along on holiday, what else would you take along?

  2. Hi Vicky, hope you have a lovely trip. Tuscany is supposed to be very scenic, so the art materials will get a lot of use, I think. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #7 xxx

  3. Morning Vicky. Have a great time away - lots of inspiration for drawing and creating to be had in Tuscany. Enjoy!!! What would I take? Probably sketch pad, watercolour crayons, brushes, pergamano.... not much room for anything else by the time we both have our art supplies in the car, plus John's mobility scooter, plus medication.....
Take care. God bless. Have a fantastic time away.

  4. I'm thinking about taking some art supplies with me as well. Perhaps a watercolour journal, my pocket watercolour set and one of those brushes you fill with water, along with a waterproof 0.1 pen for outlining. Love your pink case - looks very pretty and useful too! Enjoy your holiday to Tuscany! zsuzsa #21

  7. I used to take pretty much the same as you are planning. And I never used any of it! Took pics, absorbed the scenery of wherever we were and did little else! That's holidays for ya, I even rest my mojo! Have a fabulous break, Tuscany is just beautiful.

  11. What a WONDERFUL bag and positively super idea Vicky - you have all the main items covered, so I cannot think of a single thing, unless you want to add a very small watercolor set and a waterbrush (just one). And Italy... SWOON... one of my bucket list items... (I live in Canada) so I do hope you will post some photos when you return. Smile Thanks for popping by today and for the LOVELY comment you left me! Scrapbook Lynne WOYWW#2

  13. Have fun on your trip! I used to take lots of crafty supplies, but found I wouldn't use most of them or none depending upon the holiday. Now I just pick one thing. Right now I'm on hand lettering practice while out, so my sketchbook, a ruler, and one container of tools. When we went to Canada for the men to fish. I brought 1 canvas, pencil and eraser, and a small set of acrylic paints as I knew I didn't want to be out fishing all day, every day.

  14. Have a fab holiday. I took some colouring with me on my weekend away and nothing made it out of the bag! Cara x

  15. I just take some images to colour, my Caran D'Ache small set with some plastic in the lid for mixing on and a couple of small brushes. Quite often I take Christmas images that I would otherwise not spend time colouring if I was at home. Result: toppers for C Cards.
You seem to have it all in hand but maybe some images to colour could be an addition.
    Enjoy anyway - love Tuscany.
Hugs & Thanks for the visit to mine - Neet 1 xx

  16. The Schwechat Airport is the air terminal that the individuals who are making a trip to Vienna via plane will fly into. You might have the option to get less expensive passages in the event that you travel to different air terminals like Salzburg, so actually take a look at https://www.tripindicator.com/best-airport-transfers-vienna-city.html . Austrian Air serves this air terminal. When you land you will have more choices to make about making a trip to Vienna.
